Ingredients

  • Sesame oil
  • Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
  • Sugar
  • White vinegar
  • Salt
  • Soy sauce
  • Cilantro
  • Green onions (optional)
  • JalapeƱos (optional)
  • Lettuce mixture (includes cabbage and carrots)
  • Tangerine slices
  • Peanuts
  • Bread sticks frozen store bought (thawed)

Instructions

  1. In bowl mix sesame oil, mayonnaise, pinch of sugar, white vinegar, pinch of salt and soy sauce. Apply accordingly and Whisk.
  2. In bowl add salad mix.
  3. Add some of the dressing and toss (apply accordingly).
  4. Sprinkle with cilantro.
  5. Sprinkle with green onions or jalapeƱos (if desired).
  6. On each serving plate add dressed salad.
  7. Dress with tangerine slices.
  8. Sprinkle with cilantro and peanuts.
  9. Arrange bread sticks on top.
