Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C Butter room temperature
- 2C Light Brown Sugar
- 2 TBS Cinnamon
- 3 Fresh Bananas peeled and cut in chunks
- 1/4C Heavy cream
- 1/4C Kahlua
- 2 Eggs
- 2 TBS Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- Salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Hot Banana Sauce:
- Melt 1C Butter in sauce pan.
- Add 1C Brown sugar.
- Bring to boil over medium heat stirring often. Avoid burning.
- Add heavy cream and mix.
- Add Kaluha
- Add 1 C banana
- Add pinch of salt.
- Reduce heat.
Mixing Bowl:
- Add 1C butter.
- Add 1C brown sugar and cinnamon mixed together.
- Add heavy cream.
- Whisk by hand or use electric mixer till smooth.
- Add eggs and use spatula to mix and smooth.
- Fold in remaining bananas and mix.
- Add flour and baking soda and mix.
- Add TBS of hot sauce and mix.
- Add pinch of salt and mix.
- Place 1C glass serving cups in shallow pan with warm water covering pan.
- Fill glass 3/4 cups full.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve warm topped with hot banana sauce.
