Summary: Lobster tail broiled with a bread and cheese topping

Ingredients
- 1 lobster tail
- 1 Tbs. Olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1/8 cup grated parmesan
Instructions
- Place lobster tail into a sauté pan with olive oil.
- Heat the lobster until the meat pulls away from the shell.
- May add water to speed the cooking process.
- Remove the lobster tail from pan and cut down the middle of the shell with kitchen shears.
- Pull the meat out so that it is exposed but still attached to the shell.
- Butterfly the meat by slicing down the middle.
- Set aside to broil later.
- Add heavy cream to a pot and bring to a simmer.
- Add garlic.
- Add breadcrumbs and parmesan and mix all together.
- Spread that mixture on top of the lobster meat.
- Place under a broiler and cook until the topping is lightly browned.
