Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 ½ cups Whole milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 Tbs. cornstarch
- 4 egg yolks
- ½ cup whip cream
- 2 oz. dark chocolate
- 2 oz. white chocolate

Instructions
- Create a double boiler by boiling a pot of water and placing a bowl over it. Make sure water is not touching the bottom of the bowl.
- Add milk to bowl and begin to heat.
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan.
- Once melted add the brown sugar and mix in. Make sure not to burn.
- Bring the butter and brown sugar mixture up to a boil, and continue to boil it for a few minutes while stirring.
- Begin to warm the heavy cream in another sauce pan.
- Once butter and sugar mixture is smooth add the warm heavy cream and stir it until it is well incorporated.
- Add the cornstarch to the milk warming in the double boiler.
- Then add the egg yolks and stir in. Continue to stir while the mixture begins to thicken.
- Once mixture is thickened slowly stir in the butter sugar mixture.
- Once desired thickness is achieved take off of double boiler and refrigerate until chilled and set.
- While pudding is cooling whip the whip cream and shave the chocolate to later garnish with.
