Summary: Egg noodles covered in a Goulash sauce loaded with chicken and mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. egg noodles
- 12 button mushrooms, cut in half
- 1 Tbs. butter
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 1 white onion, large dices
- 4 chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 3 Tbs. paprika
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Saute the mushrooms in the butter and a splash of the white wine.
- Add the noodles to a salted boiling pot of water and cook for 12-15 minutes.
- Add the onions to the mushrooms and let cook for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken.
- Sprinkle in the Paprika.
- Mix all together and add a little more butter if pan is too dry.
- Add the garlic and a few pinches of salt.
- Add the rest of the white wine to remove and gristle from bottom of the pan.
- Let cook for a few more minutes then turn heat to low and add sour cream.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour over strained noodles and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
