Summary: Delicious chicken Cous-Cous Soup having lot of fresh spices and vegetable.

Ingredients
- one small packet of cous-cous
- 6-8 ounces of chicken thighs
- One medium size onion
- two big garlic cloves
- Six dark big mushrooms
- Half small Mexican squash
- Half teaspoon white pepper
- One teaspoon of chicken bouillon powder
- One bunch of Bok choi
- one teaspoon oregano
- one teaspoon rosemary
- one small jar of white corn kernels
- one bottle of Budweiser beer.
- one tablespoon of olive oil.
- Three medium size tomatoes.
Instructions
- Heat the oil in the sauce pan and turn on the stove.
- Add minced garlic in it.
- Add onion in it. Cook it for two minutes approx.
- Add Budweiser beer.
- Add oregano and rosemary in it cook it for three minutes.
- Add sliced mushrooms in it. Saute it for two minutes.
- Add chunks of chicken thighs. cook it for two minutes.
- Add white corn kernels. cook it for one minute.
- Add chopped bok choi in it.
- Add diced Mexican squash in it.
- add white pepper in it.
- Add chicken bouillon powder it for three minutes.
- Add three tablespoon of cous-cous.
- Add water in it let it be boil for two minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes in it and cook for one minute.
- Garnish it with Parmesan cheese.
