Ingredients
- Watermelon
- Cantelope
- Orange
- Avocado
- Peppers
- Fennel Bulb or Anise
Instructions
- Watermelon, Cantelope, Orange:
- Cut off top and botton of the fruit
- Stand fruit up and cut down sides of fruit removing rind. Do this all the way around fruit.
To segment an Orange:
- After removing peel, holding orange so segments are vertical, make V shape inserts with knife in between membranes.
- Pull out segment.
Avocado:
- Cut in half length wise all around, pull apart.
- Holding the side with the pit, hit the pit with blade of knife and remove.
- Cut each half into wedges lenght wise and peel off skin.
Peppers:
- Lay pepper on it’s side, and cut down with knife and roll with the shape of the pepper cutting the sides away from the core.
- You should have a long piece of pepper and the core.
- Cut bottom off the core and discard the core.
Fennel Bulb or Anise:
- Cut the bottom off the bulb, discard.
- Cut bulb in half and then cut each half into slices.
