Incredible Chicken Noodle Soup

Summary: Delicious warm chicken noodle soup having asparagus and spinach in it.

Ingredients

  • One medium size onion
  • Two garlic cloves
  • Two- three big mushrooms
  • Six-seven stems of asparagus
  • One teaspoon thyme seasoning
  • One teaspoon oregano
  • One cup sun dried tomato
  • Two teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon powder.
  • One bowl of spinach
  • Noodles
  • 100 ml white wine
  • Three precooked red potatoes.
  • Six to eight ounces of Chicken breast

Instructions

  1. Take a sauce pan. Add chopped onion in it.
  2. .Add sliced garlic.
  3. Add white wine in it.
  4. Add thyme seasoning.
  5. Add oregano.
  6. Add sliced mushrooms and saute it for 3 minutes.
  7. Add one cup sun dried tomato. (Soak sun dried tomato for half hour in warm water).Cook it for two minutes.
  8. Add chopped asparagus in the soup. Cook it for 30 secs.
  9. Add one liter water in it.
  10. Add sliced precooked red potatoes in it.
  11. Add noodles in it. Boil it for three minutes
  12. Add chicken bouillon powder.
  13. Add one bowl of spinach.
  14. Add chicken breast chunks in the soup. Boil it for two-three minutes.
