Summary: Chicken Club style mini calzones with fresh avocado, corn and tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts Grilled and cubed
- 1 Cup Tomato stewed
- ½ Cup Corn
- 1 Avocado cubed
- 1 Cup parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 Tsp. Worschestire Sauce
Instructions
Sauce:
- In mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, parmesan cheese, and worschestire sauce.
- Mix well.
Calzones:
- Saute or grill two chicken breasts.
- Cut chicken breasts into cubes
- In mixing bowl, combine tomato, corn, avocado and chicken.
- Mix well
- Using premade dough, cut into triangle shapes
- Add a spoonful of chicken filling on one end of dough, and dressing on other side.
- Roll into a ball like shape.
- Then roll into another piece of dough to ensure their sealed.
- Place rolled calzones onto baking sheet, and brush with butter
- Cook at 400 degrees for 3-5 minutes, (or until golden brown).
- For presentation on serving plate, half a bell pepper and flower.
- Place into center of serving plate.
- Top bell pepper with calzone, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Add a spoon of sauce and top with corn.
- Serve.
