- 14 oz Rice Milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2C frozen blueberries
- Agave nectar to tasate
- 1/2 zucchini (left over)
- 2 TBS Chef Sharynne’s Almond Delight (left over)
- 2-3 Romaine leaves
- 1 TBS Parsley
- Ice (optional)
