Shrimp Caesar Salad

Summary: Caesar Salad With Shrimp

Ingredients

Dressing:

  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 6 Jumbo Shrimp
  • 2 Anchovies
  • 1 Egg
  • ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
  • ¼ Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 ½ Tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tsp. Black Pepper

Salad:

  • 16oz Romaine Lettuce
  • ½ Cup Croutons
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

Dressing:

  1. In food processor, combine all salad dressing ingredients and puree.
  2. Add oil while running the food processor, until a smooth and pale color are reached
  3. Empty into mixing bowl, and adjust seasonings and flavor to taste

Salad:

  1. In large salad bowl, add salad mix/lettuce, parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing.
  2. Mix well, add croutons
  3. Remove tails from shrimp. Cut shrimp into halves and mix into salad

To Serve:

  1. In serving bowl, place salad in middle of bowl
  2. Garnish with parmesan cheese and croutons
