Ingredients

  • 2 cups of romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups Cesar salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 smoked chicken breast
  • 1 block fresh parmesan cheese.

Instructions

  1. Put Teflon fry pan on stove and turn heat to low.
  2. Chop lettuce 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Add lettuce to dressing, stirring until mixed.
  4. Add parmesan cheese to center of pan in a 3 inch circle.
  5. Cook until edges begin to brown, turn over and cook the other side of cheese.
  6. Take cheese and place on top of wine cap, molding with your fingers until it stays. Let it cool on cap for one minute.
  7. Cut chicken breast into thin slices.
  8. Take parmesan cheese off wine cap.
  9. Place lettuce with dressing into cup of cheese.
  10. Add small chicken breast pieces on top.
  11. Shred two pieces of parmesan cheese off of block. Place on top of cheese cup.
