Summary: Seasoned Ground Pork with Tofu

Ingredients
- 1lb. Package of Tofu
- 1lb. Ground Pork
- 2 Green Onions – Finely Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger Root – Grated
- 1 Tbsp. Cooking Wine
- ½ Tsp. Sugar
- 1 Tsp. Corn Starch
- 1 Tsp. Soy Sauce
- ¼ Cup Water Celery – Finely Chopped
Instructions
- Slice Tofu open, and drain juice into small mixing bowl.
- Chop green onions and add to ground pork in another mixing bowl
- Peel ginger root, and grate into pork
- Add in cooking wine, sugar, corn starch and soy sauce.
- Mix ingredients into meat
- Chop celery and set aside
- Render pan hot with olive oil, add in celery and stir constantly to prevent burning
- Add in pork and mix with celery, letting the meat cook and separate
- Cut tofu into ½” cubes, and add into saute pan
- Heat thoroughly, season with salt and pepper if needed
- To Serve, on large serving plate, spoon tofu and pork into center of plate
