Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • Colombian pineapple
  • One medium size mango
  • One and half cup papaya chunks
  • Half bowl sugar
  • Three-four tablespoon of coconut milk
  • Three table spoon of cream
  • 10-12 guinep (Jamaican fruit)
  • One medium size apple
  • Pinch of salt
  • One small bowl of lettuce
  • Two-three table spoon brandy
  • (Nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla) optional
  • One teaspoon of fresh lemon juice

Instructions

For sauce:

  1. Take a pan turn on the stove and add brandy to it heat it for one minute.
  2. Add coconut milk to it.
  3. Add sugar to it.
  4. Add cream to it.
  5. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla to it. This is entirely optional
  6. Heat every thing in the pan for five minutes approx.

For salad:

  1. Take a bowl add pineapple chunks into it.
  2. Add diced papaya into the bowl.
  3. Add five -six slices of mango on top of the papaya into the bowl.
  4. Add seven -eight guineps to it.
  5. Add pinch of salt to it.
  6. Add one teaspoon of lemon juice into the bowl.
  7. Add chopped lettuce in the side.
  8. Pour sauce on the top of the bowl and add five-six guineps on top of it.
