Summary: Delicious Vanilla Ice Cream serve with fruits as topping with Strawberry Caramel Sauce.

Ingredients
- Half lb butter
- Two cups of brown sugar
- Two teaspoon of pure vanilla extract.
- Quarter teaspoon of nutmeg
- one bowl of strawberries preserve
- 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon
- one teaspoon of pomegranate extract
- one small bowl of corn starch
- one table spoon of mandarin orange juice
- one table spoon of boronia
- one teaspoon 151 wine
- one bowl of small pieces mandarin orange
- one bowl of chunks strawberries
- one bowl of chunks of mango.
- one teaspoon of sherry wine
- half lb of vanilla ice cream.
Instructions
For caramel sauce:
- Heat butter in the pan on high flame.
- Add brown sugar and stir it.
- Add vanilla extract.
- Add nutmeg & cinnamon.
- Add strawberries preserve in it.
- Add pomegranate extract and stir thoroughly.
- Add corn starch in the sauce to thicken it up.
- Add Mandarin orange juice.
- Add boronia and 151 wine and deglaze it.
turn off the gas - Add sherry wine to the sauce.
Serving Style:
- Pour vanilla ice cream in a cup add caramel sauce on top it.
- Add chunks of strawberries
- Add mango chunks
- Add mandarin orange chunks
- Again pour caramel sauce in it.
