Summary: Warm Lobster Salad having nut and fresh vegatables in it.

Ingredients
- Half lb lobster
- Three fresh tomatoes
- One ripe avocado
- One small onion
- One bunch of scallion
- One table spoon cashews
- One teaspoon of freshly chopped cilantro
- Quater teaspoon of white pepper powder
- One bowl chopped lettuce
- One garlic clove
- Olive oil
- Four small cubes of butter
Instructions
- Pour olive oil in the pan and fry lobster in medium to high flame. Add butter to it. Cook it for two minutes
- Add minced garlic. Cook it for one minute.
- Reduce the flame and add diced tomatoes in the pan cook it for 45 secs.
- Peel the avocado and dice it. Add it to the pan. cook it for 20 secs.
- Add thinly slice onion. cook it for 30 secs.
- Add cashews. cook it for 30 secs
- Add finely chopped cilantro.
- Add finely chopped scallion.
- Turn off the gas.
- Sprinkle white pepper powder.
- Serve this on the lettuce in the salad bowl.
