Wild Salmon Rangoons

Summary: Salmon Rangoons in shape of Beautiful little basket serve with sweet chilli sauce.

Ingredients

  • One cup of minced salmon
  • Three table spoon of cream cheese
  • Two green onions.
  • Canola oil for frying
  • Eight- wonton wrapper square shaped
  • Three table spoon of sweet chili sauce
  • Two teaspoon of rice wine vinegar
  • One tablespoon of chopped cashews
  • Seven teaspoons of teryaki sauce.

Instructions

For stuffing:

  1. Add minced salmon cream cheese and chopped green onions in the bowl.
  2. Mix it thoroughly.

For Sauce:

  1. Add sweet chili sauce,rice wine vinegar,chopped cashews
  2. Mix it thoroughly.

For preparing ragoons:

  1. Add one teaspoon of stuffing on the top of wonton wrapper.
  2. Fold it like bishop’s hat or basket or star.
  3. Heat the oil in pan at 165 degree.
  4. Fry the basket till dark golden brown.
  5. Pour the teryaki sauce on the plate, on the top of it add the sauce we prepared and then put fried little salmon ragoons on top of it.
