Summary: Vegetarian Stir Fry with Wood Ear and Gold Noodle

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Gold Need
- 1 Cup Wood Ear
- 2 Green Onions
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 Eggs-Lightly Beaten
- ΒΌ Cup Water
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- Dash of Black Pepper
Instructions
- Render wok hot, with oil
- Add green onions (chopped), stirring to prevent burning
- Add Gold Needle, Wood Ear and pinch of salt and black pepper. Again, stirring to prevent burning
- Add sugar
- Cook covered for 3-5 minutes
- Transfer vegetables from work to bowl
- Lightly beat 2 eggs, add to hot wok
- Stir eggs constantly to prevent sticking and burning, cooks fast
- Re-introduce vegetables to wok, mixing well with eggs
- To serve, place stir fry into large serving bowl, or onto large serving plate
