Cream Puff

Summary:Homemade cream puffs and pastry puffs will wow your guests they are so easy to make and garnished with melted chocolates.

Ingredients for Cream Puff:

  • 15 eggs
  • 2cup milk
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • ¾ lb butter
  • 2 tablespoon nutella spread
  • 1 cup chocolate
  • ¾ cup cream
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 4 Pastry sheets
  • 1 tablespoon of almond slivers
  • 1 table spoon of pine nut slivers

Get Ready To Work in “Real Time” to Make Cream Puff:

Get out these items and utensils: Knife for chopping, 2 pans, 1 baking sheet, and 2 pastry bags

Get from your pantry: Salt, Sugar, nutella spread, and vanilla bean, all purpose flour, pastry sheet, Chocolate

Get from your refrigerator: Milk, cream, eggs, butter, Orange, Lemon

Pre-prepare the following:

  • Break 10 eggs and remove their egg white.
  • Preheat the oven at 375 degree farenhites.

Begin to cook with Chef Stoppa:

Prepare filling:

  1. Heat 2 cups milk in the pan and add vanilla bean in it.
  2. Add orange and lemon zest in it.
  3. Put the egg yolk in a bowl and  ½ cup sugar and stir it constantly
  4. Add flour in the bowl and stir it thoroughly.
  5. Add little milk from the pan before it started boiling in the bowl and stir thoroughly.
  6. Pour everything from the bowl into the pan and whip it constantly over high flame for about 2 -3 minutes.
  7. Shift the filling from the pan into the bowl and keep it aside.

Prepare the pastry:

  1. Heat ¼ cup milk and ¼ cup water in the pan and add 1lb butter in it.
  2. Add ¼ cup sugar and in it.
  3. Add salt in it.
  4. Add 1 cup flour in the pan and whip it for 2 minutes.
  5. Put everything in the mixer and mix it properly.
  6. Add one egg at a time and mix it with mixer.
  7. Put this mix in a pastry bag and drop small balls into the baking sheet.
  8. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake it for 15 minutes or till brown.
  9. Fill the pastry bag with the filling and fill the pastry as shown in the video

Prepare molten chocolate:

  1. Boil the cream
  2. Add chocolate in the cream and stir

Prepare pastry puff:

  1. Bake the pastry sheet till it get brown in color
  2. In the filling add 2 table spoon of nutella spread and mix it thoroughly
  3. Fill it in the pastry bag and put small shapes on the pastry sheet
  4. Lay another pastry sheet on top of it and again make small shapes and lay 1 more pastry sheet on it
  5. Garnished it with pine nut and almond

To Serve:

  1. On serving plate, lay the cream puff and pour molten chocolate on it.
  2. Lay pastry puff on side of cream puffs
