  • 8 oz blueberries
  • 2 figs
  • 4 oz baby spinach
  • 1 coconut water packet

Get Ready To Work in “Real Time” to Make Green smoothie:

Get out these items and utensils: blender

Get from your refrigerator: Blueberries, figs, baby spinach, coconut water packet

Begin to prepare Green smoothie with Chef Ghione:

  1. Put figs in the bottom of the blender.
  2. Add blueberries
  3. Add baby spinach
  4. Pour coconut water. Switch on the blender and make smoothie
  5. Serve
