Prep time and Cooking time (duration): 40 minutes

Number of servings (yield): 3-4

Ingredients for Apple Crumble

  • 3-4 Crab apples
  • 1 Golden delicious apples
  • 1/4 teaspoon of Cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoon of Raisin
  • 3 teaspoons of walnuts
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup White sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon Whey
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Ice-cream
  • Apple granny

Get Ready To Work in “Real Time” to Make Apple crumble

Get out these items and utensils: Knife for cutting & chopping, 2 bowls, 3-4 crocks.

Get from your pantry: Cinnamon, Raisin, walnuts, Brown sugar, White sugar, Rolled oats, Whey

Get from your refrigerator:  Crab apples, Golden delicious apples, butter, ice cream

Pre-prepare the following:

  • Peel and dice apples
  • Preheat the oven at 300 degrees

Begin to cook with Chef Trevethon:

Prepare the crumble

  1. Add brown sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add white sugar to the above bowl.
  3. Add rolled oats.
  4. Add whey in the bowl.
  5. Add butter to the above bowl.
  6. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  7. Add pinch of cinnamon to the above

Prepare Apple Crumble:

  1. Take a bowl add diced apple to the bowl.
  2. Add pinch of cinnamon to the apples.
  3. Add raisins and walnut in the bowl.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in the bowl.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of white sugar in the bowls.
  6. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  7. Take 3 tablespoons of above apple mixture into the small crock and cover it with crumble completely.
  8. Move the crocks to the oven and bake it for 35 minutes.

To Serve

  1. Sprinkle grounded sugar on the top of apple crumble.
  2. Lay a scoop of ice-cream on it.
  3. Put granny apple on the ice cream.
  4. Lay a slice of crab apple on the side of apple crumble.

Ingredients for Pecan and Key Lime tarts

  • 3/4 cup of Almond flour
  • 1 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup vanilla
  • 10 eggs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/2 cup sweet condensed milk
  • 1/2 Cup pecans
  • White chocolate
  • Dark chocolate
  • Milk chocolate
  • 1 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 3 tablespoon corn starch
  • 3 key lime
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/4 cup strawberry
  • 1/4 cup black berry
  • 1/4 cup blue berry
  • 1/2 cup raspberry
  • 2 vanilla beans

Get Ready To Work in “Real Time” to Make pecan tart and key lime tart:

Get out these items and utensils: Knife for cutting & chopping, 3 bowls, 2 rimmed baking sheets

Get from your pantry: Brown sugar, powder sugar, Almond flour, wheat flour, All purpose flour, pecans

Get from your refrigerator: Butter, vanilla, raspberry jam, eggs, molasses, corn syrup, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry, strawberry, lime, key lime, sweet condensed milk, vanilla, egg yolk

Pre-prepare the following:

  • Chop pecans, various types of (white, milk and dark) chocolates for pecan tart.
  • Thoroughly whisk fresh key lime juice, 6 egg yolks, 1/2 cup sweet condensed milk for key lime tart.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of fresh key lime zest in the key lime mix.
  • Preheat the oven at 300 degrees.

Begin to cook with Chef Trevethon:

Prepare the sugar dough

  1. Put all the flour in the mixer and turn it on.
  2. Break 3 eggs
  3. Add butter
  4. Add 1/2 cup of vanilla
  5. Add powder sugar in it.  Do not over mix it.
  6. Take it out from the mixer and mix it with your hands.

Prepare filling for pecan tart

  1. Break 3 eggs in a bowl
  2. Add molasses
  3. Add corn syrup
  4. Pour brown sugar
  5. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  6. Add 3 table spoons of butter. Whip all the ingredients thoroughly to make paste.

Bake pecan and key lime tarts

  1. Fill the pecan in the tart shell
  2. Lay a layer of chocolate mix on the top of pecans.
  3. Swirl raspberry jam with the help of cone in the other tart shell.
  4. Pour the key lime mix.
  5. Put it in the oven at 300 degrees for 35 minutes.

To Serve:

  1. Serve the pecan tart as it is.
  2. Garnish the key lime tart with fresh fruits (blue berry black berry raspberry and strawberry)
  3. Put wedges of fresh key lime.
  4. Put vanilla bean on the key lime tart as shown in the video
