Ingredients for Bruschetta
- 2 small Heirloom Tomatoes
- Fresh sweet basil
- Pepper
- Salt
- 3-4 garlic
- Olive oil
- Roasted Chabada bread
Get Ready To Work in “Real Time” to make Bruschetta
Get out these items and utensils: Knife for chopping, 1 bowl
Get from your pantry: Garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper
Get from your refrigerator: Fresh sweet basil, Chabada bread
Pre-prepare the following:
- Peel and chop garlic
- Chop fresh sweet basil
- Finely dice tomatoes
- Boil water in pan and add salt
- Apply olive on the roasted Chabada bread
Begin to cook with Chef Chessa:
Prepare sauce:
- Add finely diced tomato to the bowl.
- Add mashed garlic
- Add sweet basil
- Add salt
- Stir everything in the bowl properly.
- Add freshly grind pepper.
- Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into the bowl
Prepare Bruschetta:
- Lay bread over the grill.
- Grill each side till it gets little brown marks on each side of it.
- Lay grilled bread on the plate and pour sauce on it.
To serve:
- Garnish it with fresh leaves of basil.
- Pour 1-2 table spoon of olive oil on the Bruschetta.
