Seafood Salad
Summary: This is a wonderful light, main dish to serve when you aren’t in the mood for a heavy meal. Shrimp, clams, mussels and calamari marinated in olive oil and lemon juice and fresh herbs for a crowd-pleasing cool summertime salad.
Cooking time (duration): 40 minutes

Ingredients
- Mussels
- Clams
- Shrimp
- Calamari
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- 1 lemon
- 1 lime
- 1 orange
Get Ready To Work in “Real Time” to Make Seafood Salad
Get out these items and utensils: Knife for chopping, 2 frying pans, 1 big bowl
Get from your pantry: Garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper.
Get from your refrigerator: Mussels, clams, shrimp, calamari, fresh Parsley, lemon, lime, orange
Pre-prepare the following:
- Peel and chop garlic
- Chop fresh parsley.
- Clean and de-vain the shrimp.
- Salt and pepper calamari
Cook mussels and clams
- Take pan put mussels and clams in it.
- Pour 3-4 table spoon of olive in it.
- Add chopped garlic and parsley in the pan.
- Cover the pan and steam mussels and clams for about 4 minutes. The shells of them will open.
- Pour everything from the pan in a bowl and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Cook Calamari and Shrimp
- Take pan put calamari in it without oil. Do not touch it. Cook it for 45 seconds.
- Add shrimp and add salt and pepper on the shrimp.
- Pour 1-2 tablespoon of olive oil on the pan.
- Flip Calamari and shrimp and cover the pan cook it for 3 minutes or so.
Prepare seafood salad:
- Take the bowl of clams and mussels from the refrigerator. Clean mussels and clams. Put that on a plate.
- Make juliennes of calamari and lay it over mussels and clams.
- Lay shrimp on top of clams.
- Squeeze lemon lime and orange on it.
- Pour some olive oil on top of the salad.
- Cover it with foil and marinade it overnight.
Spaghetti with Heirloom Tomato Sauce
Summary: Classic and delicious Italian dish cooked in minutes having heirloom tomato sauce on the Capellini Pasta garnished with fresh basil.

Ingredients for Spaghetti with Heirloom Tomato Sauce
- 5-6 medium size Heirloom Tomatoes
- Fresh sweet basil
- Pepper
- Salt
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Capellini Pasta

Get out these items and utensils: Knife for chopping, 2 sauce pan
Get from your pantry: Garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, Capellini pasta
Get from your refrigerator: Fresh Parsely
Pre-prepare the following:
- Peel and mash garlic
- Chop fresh parsley.
- Chop tomatoes.
- Boil water in pan and add salt in it.
Begin to cook with Chef Chessa:
- Prepare sauce
- Heat oil in the pan.
- Add mashed garlic in the pan. Temper it for 30 seconds.
- Add Chopped fresh basil.
- Add tomatoes in the pan.
- Cook them for 2 minutes.
Cook Spaghetti
- Add Capellini pasta in the boiling water having salt in it.
- Cook pasta for 1 minute.
Prepare Spaghetti with heirloom tomato sauce
- Add pasta in the pan with the sauce and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir it properly so that taste of sauce is absorbed by pasta.
To serve:
- Put the pasta and sauce on a serving plate.
- Pour some olive oil in it.
- Garnish it with basil.
