Ingredients for Veggie wash:
- 1 lemon
- 2-3 teaspoons of baking soda
- 24 ounce of distilled water
- ¼ cup vinegar
- 1 table spoon sea salt
Get Ready To Work in “Real Time” to Make Veggie wash:
Get out these items and utensils: Knife for chopping, 2 bowl
Get from pantry: distilled water, baking soda, vinegar, sea salt
Get from refrigerator: lemon
Begin to prepare with Chef Myra:
- Take a bowl squeeze lemon in it
- Add baking soda to it
- Add 1 cup water in it stir it and fill it in a spray bottle
- Take another bowl
- Add 1 liter water in it
- Add ¼ cup vinegar in it
- Add sea salt in it and stir it thoroughly
- Spay the veggie wash on the vegetable and throw it in the bowl having sea salt and vinegar.
- Keep the vegetable in the bowl for 30 minute
- Wipe them off and wrap them in the towel and keep them in the refrigerator
