Veggie Wash

Summary:Cheap and easy to make homemade veggie wash keep your vegetable fresh and get rid of all the pesticides and wax from the produce.

Ingredients for Veggie wash:

  • 1 lemon
  • 2-3 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 24 ounce of distilled water
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • 1 table spoon sea salt

Get Ready To Work in “Real Time” to Make Veggie wash:

Get out these items and utensils: Knife for chopping, 2 bowl

Get from pantry: distilled water, baking soda, vinegar, sea salt

Get from refrigerator: lemon

Begin to prepare with Chef Myra:

  1. Take a bowl squeeze lemon in it
  2. Add baking soda to it
  3. Add 1 cup water in it stir it and fill it in a spray bottle
  4. Take another bowl
  5. Add 1 liter water in it
  6. Add ¼ cup vinegar in it
  7. Add sea salt in it and stir it thoroughly
  8. Spay the veggie wash on the vegetable and throw it in the bowl having sea salt and vinegar.
  9. Keep the vegetable in the bowl for 30 minute
  10. Wipe them off and wrap them in the towel and keep them in the refrigerator
