Chef Rick Aco

Rick Aco is an accomplished chef, entrepreneur and owner of an award-winning Las Vegas restaurant. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Aco trained under such celebrity chefs as Rocco DiSpirito – a Food Network television superstar and best-selling author – and Sam Hazen of Tavern on the Green, Cascabel and Tao fame.

An Oklahoma native, Aco moved to Las Vegas and quickly established himself as one of the city’s emerging culinary talents. He is owner of Samosa Factory – a gourmet Indian cuisine restaurant – that was voted best in the city by the Las Vegas Review Journal and Las Vegas CityLife. Aco has appeared on television, including the programs KVVU Fox 5 News and “Chef Live.”

When he isn’t working, Rick enjoys Bikram yoga and spending time with his family. He is married to wife, Dolores; they have two dogs together – “Rufus” and “Chuckie.”
