Chef Sandra Davis

Chef Sandra’s professional experience covers a full range of management and food service, including owner of the famous GMS Cookie Company, in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands.Her responsibilities included operations management, product development, marketing and quality control.

While managing GMS Cookie Company, Sandra appeared on numerous television shows including HGTV’s Food Finds, featuring Sandra Pickney, Best Bites, Chef Live, Chanel 5 TV, showcasing her products at the National Black McDondald’s Operators Association, in Balitmore, Maryland.

In her career Sandra has received many awards and certificates, she is currently in the Caribbean completing a comprehensive historical cookbook on African American Caribbean Recipes.
